Produced on the historic grounds of Brue Valley Farms, their butter is made using the traditional batch churning and hand-salting methods that have been passed down for generations, making for a creamy butter unlike any other on the market.

We love it because… The butter is creamier than your average butter, due to the double churning process it undergoes, and can act as a strong replacement over olive oil, while the flavoured butters can even substitute a pasta sauce. Even better, it’s organic and local.
