Equal Exchange is a worker cooperative with over three decades’ experience in tackling unfair trade through their dedicated approach to ethical supply chains. In that time, they have made long term connections with small-scale farmers around the world, creating a range of products that promote Fair Trade and organic principles, protecting famers’ rights and the environment. Their revolutionary Grown by Women coffee not only tells the story of the women behind so much of the world’s coffee, but works with cooperatives to tackle the gender inequality that they themselves have identified as a barrier to positive change.
