Inactive loyalty accounts of over two years will be closed and all associated card, key fobs, vouchers and points to that account will be withdrawn.

This data processor does the following activities for us: They manage our electronic point of sale systems (EPOS) which is where we store customer details that are on our loyalty scheme Bee Better.
Mailchimp
This data processor does the following activities for us: They store our newsletter list.
