We’re in the midst of festival season but with another couple of months to go, we decided to give one lucky customer – Amy D (far right) – the chance to road test some of the products from our Health and Bodycare department to give you the low down on the essential festival kit. Seasoned festival goer Amy took our goodies to Glastonbury for her 15^th festival.  She gives her top 6 products:

• Bentley Organic Hand Sanitiser Kills 99.9% of germs; is readily biodegradable and gentle on the skin.

“It foamed which is handy as a lot of hand sanitisers are very runny.  I’d recommend this to everyone as it’s really a great product.”

• Aloe Vera Gel 99.9% made with organic Aloe Vera.

“The gel is very refreshing and seems to relieve redness very well; I can’t fault it at all and would recommend this to anyone.

• Knitted Pea Plant Ink Tattoos Designed by local artist Bev Cavender and made using plant based inks.

“The temporary tattoos were really fun, I shared them with my friends and they were a total hit!  These are perfect for anyone who likes some extra decoration.”

• Viridian Milk Thistle Great for supporting the liver and digestive system during times of over indulgence.

“It surprised me – I think it actually helped! The only problem is that it’s in a glass bottle, which you’re not supposed to bring into a festival. I would suggest this to anyone looking to nurse a heavy night…”

• Aloe Vera Sun Lotion SPF 25 Made with organic Aloe Vera.

“It does a good job of protecting you from the sun and the odour is not too strong.  It does however take a little while to rub in.

• Aloe Dent Toothpaste Whitening, fluoride free and travel size.
