 Eat a balanced diet

Nutrition is the foundation of good health, so eating a natural, balanced and organic diet will put you on the right path to great health. Our shops are abundant with organic fruit and veg, and lots of wholesome goodies. If you choose to enhance your diet with supplements, always choose a good quality, bioavailable product. Sleep well

Getting a good night’s sleep is key to feeling well but sometimes we all need a little help nodding off. Practicing good sleep hygiene and having a consistent bedtime routine will increase your chance of a restful sleep. Try switching caffeine for herbal tea, reading instead of watching TV and using aromatherapy oils such as lavender and chamomile in the room and warm baths. Supplements such as ashwagandha, l-theanine, magnesium and valerian can all support a better night’s sleep.

Learn a new skill

Learning a new skill can improve your mental health by boosting your self-confidence and self-esteem. Get outside of your cooking comfort zone and try a new recipe or some organic veg that you haven’t cooked with before. Gardening is also great as it gets you moving at the same time. Keeping active isn’t just about keeping fit, it helps improve your mental health and releases endorphins. You don’t have to be going to the gym to keep active – moving your body whilst gardening, cleaning and walking all counts. When you’re next popping to the shops, try walking instead of driving. You’ll get the added benefit of daylight and being outside too.
