Join Heart of BS13 for a fun and creative floristry workshop this autumn, and learn how to arrange your own hand-tied bouquet from start to finish.

summer hand tied bouquet workshopFlorist, Clem, will demonstrate how to arrange a hand-tied spiral bouquet with their fresh seasonal flowers, and guide you through the key elements of flower arranging: cutting and conditioning flowers, design and choice of palate, composition and technique. Then you’ll create your own masterpiece, with further guidance and support on hand, before learning how to wrap your bouquet like the professionals using biodegradable paper. You’ll go home with a bouquet you’re extremely proud of – and the confidence to make your own going forward. Additionally, you’ll make a quick and beautiful jam jar flower arrangement to display at home.

You’ll also hear about their charity and social enterprise’s aims and mission, and the importance of sustainable, low carbon flowers, and Clem will be happy to answer any questions you may have.

When: Wednesday 18th September, 6-8pm

Cost: £45 (includes a beautiful bouquet to take home)
